Amplifying Impact Through Peer to Peer Learnings
At Kulika Uganda, we believe that transformation grows best from within communities. Our Key Farmer Trainer (KFT) model empowers experienced farmers to become change agents who inspire and train their peers in sustainable, ecological, and income-generating agricultural practices.

How Peer-to-Peer Learning Works
Each KFT receives intensive capacity building, enabling them to share tested ecological and entrepreneurial practices with neighbouring farmers. This multiplier effect has strengthened rural resilience, improved food security, and created a vibrant community of practice across Uganda.
The model thrives because learning happens in context, on real farms, with real challenges and real solutions. Farmers learn from those who understand their struggles.
