Kulika designed, implemented and managed a project in Apac, Lira and Oyam districts. The project was implemented in 2 phases; the first phase was supported by DFID/Trust for Africa Orphans and the second phase by Tudor Trust. The activities included training farmers in growing and marketing sunflower, simsim and soy bean, formation of cooperative societies, village savings and loans association. The total number trained was 1,800 farmers.
