The programme aims at building capacities of organizations to manage development work. Scholars undertake 3-year distance learning course offered by Open University, UK. 10 students were supported to complete the course. Tutorial support was rendered online due to Covid-19 restrictions. The programme is supported by the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission in partnership with the Open University.
