Designed Implemented and managed charcoal producers pilot project in Nakasongola district funded by Forestry Inspectorate Division, building farmer groups, forming farmers association. Sustainable charcoal producing taught and encouraged among the association farmers through farmer fora, building farmers institutions by encouraging registration of association, training on market access and sustainability, 41 groups with an average of 25 farmers.
