The project aims at providing safe play and learning spaces for market vendors’ children in Ggaba, Mulago and Natete Markets. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the children were not allowed to visit the play centers. Training in savings and basic book keeping were provided to the care givers and some market vendors. Monitoring visits were carried out regularly to ensure safety of the center items and to assess progress of the savings activities.
