Central to our aims is the desire to find and support students from disadvantaged backgrounds who despite their hardship have potential to contribute to the development of their country. In particular, we welcome applications from students living in the northern districts of Uganda .
Each year Kulika’s Scholarship Committee decides on the areas of study to be supported in the following academic year. Reviewing study areas each year helps to ensure that the changing development needs of the country are reflected in giving the right opportunities for study.
