Kulika has been commited to providing educational opportunities for Ugandan people for many years. The Education Programme exists because we recognise that as a country develops it needs people who have the skills to meet new challenges.
The main Scholarship Programme offers study opportunities within Uganda and takes particular account of the needs of students from disadvantaged communities, particularly in the north of the country.
A special arrangement between Kulika, Leeds University and the Foreign & Commonwealth Office of the UK government provides an opportunity for five Ugandan post-graduate students to study for a year at Leeds .
To further demonstrate our commitment to developing people with the skills to lead key organisations in Uganda , we have partnered with The Open University in the UK to offer NGO professionals in Uganda the opportunity to study for an MSc in Development Management.
